My account doesn’t exist anymore???

  Heyyyy,

  Iam new to webhosting. My hosting provider is strato.de.
  I took over the website from a colleague and she send me a backup of the website.

  Today I wanted to import it via Duplicator pro (since she made the backup on Duplicator). I purchased and activated it today.
  At the end of Importing I got kicked out of my WordPress account and wasn’t able to login ever since. It says my account doesn’t exist. I tried to reset my password and everything but it didn’t work. I am still able to log into the page if my hosting provider (so I can edit the database and stuff) but I didn’t want to change anything there because I’m scared I’ll make it worse. What am I supposed to do?
  I hope you can help me! It’s really important for me to get my site back :/
