  your account and domain haven’t been hacked. According to https://www.whois.com/whois/lowlandliquidart.com your domain expired and is in redemption.

  Wait untill a Staff member is available.

  Many thanks for reaching out – are you able to tell me more information as to why you think the account was hacked please?

  Also, can you tell us if you’re using a VPN or anything of that ilk please.

  It didn’t get hacked, I needed the website to be shut down, so I asked my IT guy to do that for me, but I didn’t know that I would also lose the email address if I shut down the website. I basically just need the domain back for the email address. Is there a way to recover the domain? I did recently pay for an additional year.
