My account has been blocked

My WordPress account for emilyluxton.co.uk has been blocked, I can’t even post on the forums from it so I’ve had to set up a new log in to be able to post.
I want to transfer my blog to wordpress.org and have already signed up with a host so that I can do that. However I can’t export my existing blog.
There are over 700 posts and hundreds of photos on there which all belong to me. Can someone please tell me how I can get around this and transfer my blog so that I can get all my content back?
Thanks
Emily -
You log out of this account and log back in under the account that is the admin of that blog. Accounts are not blocked here; blogs may be suspended but accounts are not blocked.

Thanks raincoaster, but I think I just used the wrong wording as it mush be my blog that has been suspended. I recieve this error message: Warning: We have a concern about some of the content on your blog. Please click here to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue and re-enable posting.
I logged out of that account and set up a new one purely so that I could post in the forum to try to get some help. When I am logged in under my original account, the one that is admin of my blog, I cannot access anything at all – I can’t export the blog, I can’t view my posts or post new content. My account has been restricted and I need to know how to get it back!

Simple. In that Dashboard message you click on the “click here to contact us” which will take you to the appropriate form to contact Staff. From looking at your site, it seems you are running your own ads ( See here for the policy on advertising: http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/ )
