My account has been blocked as a security precaution not receiving email reset

  My other wordpress site has been locked due to security concerns, and the email account I used to establish the account is not receiving the reset email. The site is https://wxyz23242526.wordpress.com/ if someone could advise. I can’t seem to get any help through the email password support at wordpress. I have tried looking in the spam folder all folders. it is the email address for the site. Please help.
