What site or account do you need help with? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here does not own any sites, and has been completely inactive for the two months since it was created until you reset the password two days ago, right before posting in this forum. There is no indication at all on this account that it has been hacked.
If you suspect a site or account has been hacked, and you can still access it, please immediately change the password and enable two-step authentication. Also do the same on your email account, to be safe.

I think I have the same issue. Last week I suddenly couldn’t log in to my blog and WordPress told me I don’t have a blog which I have had for years!
