My account has lost all its theme

  I am not sure what has happened but my account does not look like it did yesterday. I have asked for it to be transferred to WordPress.org – is this part of the move process??

  Your blog is not without a theme. I can clearly see it is wearing Fresh & Clean using Firefox 11. http://pilotsnpawscanada.com/

  These are the troubleshooting steps we take whenever any issues like this arise:
  clearing your browser cache and cookies > http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
  using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
  updating the browser to the latest stable vesrion (not a buggy BETA browser version) http://browsehappy.com/
  confirming third party cookies is enabled http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=61416
  confirming JavaScript is enabled http://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=12654
  trying another browser like Firefox 11 or Safari
  resetting your router and modem

  Did your purchase a guided transfer so Staff will do this move for you? If you did not purchase it then you must do the move to WordPress.org yourself.

  I did just buy a guided transfer so Staff will do this move to WP.org.

  I will try the other steps you suggested and hopefully I will see what you are seeing.

  Thanks for your reply. Staff will assist you with the move when they can. Your inability to see what I see is likely browser related and I have posted useful links for that above. Best wishes for a happy move.

  ;-) Then you probably know how important this service is going to be for a lot of rescue folks and the dogs. It still is hush hush of course. I just love running into fellow dog loving Canucks! Rarely meet a bad one!
