    Hi there,

    If you’ve upgraded your plan then you’d be able to see your plan details by going to:
    My Sites> and select the site > click on the “Plan” option
    That will show your existing plan.

    I am adding modlook to this thread so someone from Staff will able to check if your site was successfully upgraded or not.

    Hi ajeetmeena,

    I’ll run through what I can see on your account.

    The previous payments were declined by your bank or card provider. The error message I’m seeing suggests international payments aren’t supported on that card so may need to ask your bank for that feature to be enabled (it isn’t always enabled by default).

    The most recent payment is still pending on our payment processors end which is why the upgrades aren’t listed in your account yet. I’ve reported this to our payments team and will let you know when I hear back from them.
