    The designer’s email that set up the site is (email visible only to moderators and staff), that’s all that I have. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), my website is Cybersafeid.com PLEASE HELP

    Hi there, only the owner of the site will be able to renew it.

    If the designer is the owner of the site (registered the site here on WordPressdotcom) and is no longer working with you, they should transfer both the site ownership and the upgrades to you. Here’s how they can do that

    Barring that, the designer should log in to WordPressdotcom and post here in this forum thread that they agree to transfer everything, site and upgrades, to you.

    Hi there,

    As the designer set up the site and bought the domain under their username, they are the owners of the site and domain as far as we’re concerned. You will need to get them to transfer ownership to your, as @justjennifer explained, but we cannot make any changes to the site, or any of its upgrades otherwise.
