My account is logged in but broken.

Hi, my account has been broken for some months. I am automatically logged in, but most clickable options from the dashboard end up as pulsating blue blank forms and buttons which never load. Crucially, the support/help contact form is also not loading or usable. I cannot access my site, notifications or profile. Any help or alternate contact info would be greatly appreciated!
If it’s relevant, I’m using Firefox and Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.5 and I use an ad blocker (though I’ve tried turning it off and it doesn’t help).

Thanks for getting back to me! I followed the steps at the links and restarted my browser but the site behaved exactly the same. So I switched to Google Chrome, where I’m not automatically logged in. And, I am locked out. The password I’m entering is incorrect, and in Firefox, where I’m logged in, I’m unable to change any settings such as password. I am really at a loss!

Hooooly moly, I solved my problem! FYI there was a backdoor by opening my blog, clicking site admin, and clicking “reveal password” in the login prompt which was already filled out, and that led me into a functioning WordPress dashboard. All inside FireFox. So… make of that what you will?
