  I had a website for my business through world press. I can’t find it. I was wondering where it went and why? I would like to update it. Thanks for getting back to me soon.

  Hi fccrns,

  There are no WordPress.com sites owned by the account you are currently logged in to. Can you send a link to the site you need help with so I can check whether it is hosted on WordPress.com?

  Thanks for your help. It is fccrns.org We hired someone to make the page, he said that if I needed to make changes I log into fccrns.org/wp-admin and our user name is fccrns.

  Thanks for clarifying, there are two ways to use the WordPress software, you can use it here at WordPress.com where we manage and host the site for you on our servers. The second is to download the WordPress software from WordPress.org and install it on a host. This is what the person you hired did with fccrns.org they installed the WordPress version from WordPress.org and installed it on omnis.com hosting.

  In reality, this means that we are limited in the type of support we can provide. If you’re still able to reach out to the person who set up the account I would recommend that. Otherwise, your host may be able to help you reset the password.
