  There is no phone support for WordPress. However if you have, or upgrade to, a paid plan you can get access to Email and/or Live Chat Support. Without the upgrade you can post your question here in the forums for support.

  But if your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site then you’ll want to post your question at their forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums
