My account is not processing. My credit card for Premium upgrade is not process

  My account is not processing. I am not able to upgrade, won’t process credit card.

  Upgrade purchases are only available for application to free blogs being free hosted by WordPress.com. They cannot be purchased for sites hosted anywhere else. Please provide the URL for the .wordpress.com blog you are trying to purchase an upgrade for in the form of an active link starting with http://

  This is my point. I’m trying to create a new account and a new blog. (This is not to fall under my CMarie account.) The system is not even processing that by itself. Nor is it processing my credit card when I try and submit everything at once for a new account and blog.

  I’m trying to create williamandhenryblog.wordpress.com, Username: williamandhenry2014.

  This is a different account under (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  I want the Premium upgrade so we can customize the template and pull it into the company’s website.

  Have you tried logging out and clearing your browser cache and cookies before trying to log in under the correct username account?

  Pleased don’t bump this thread again by posting into it as that moves the timestamp ahead and means it will take longer to get Staff help. Please just wait patiently for them to work their way forward to this thread and assist you.

  To avoid any hitches, kindly fill out all the required fields found on the page, and indicate your desired username (williamandhenry2014), email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and blog address (williamandhenryblog.wordpress.com).

  After successfully registering, visit our Store to purchase the Premium upgrade:
