My account is not working and as despaired.

    I was in live chat the attendant make me to go to another site by opening a new browser. I got in my commerce account. Then wen I came back to my original account everything is gone I got and empty page with Liquidplannet@liquidplanet and its is not me is all empty, Plannnet is misspell, and I can’t get in the account I paid for singed using (email visible only to moderators and staff) with the domain name lp4liquidplanet.com that I was going to upgrade. That is why I was in the live chat.
