my account just completely disapeared

    I have a site I have been working on and all of the sudden everything disappeared! I cant access it from my app or my laptop. everything gone. WordPress is telling me I dont even have an account and I have several emails everytime I would login but it doesnt recognize me now. Help! I have no idea what happened all the sudden today? Could something be hacked?

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    Additionally, since WordPress.com is not your hosting provider, any attempts to reset your password here would have zero effect on your website.

    Looking at your site, it appears that the domain itself is suspended – that’s why your website is not loading at the moment.

    When your domain is suspended, it means that the registry suspended your domain name because you failed to verify your email address or the contact details have been modified for the domain and still require verification. This applies to all gTLDs (Generic Top Level Domains) such as .com, .net, .org, .info, etc.

    This verification is done annually to ensure your contact information is up-to-date.

    There is a 15-day window during which you must verify your domain contact details. If you miss the 15 days and fail to complete the verification process, your domain name will be suspended. This is controlled by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and you can read more about this process here:

    I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider Hostinger for help here. Since they’re also the registrar for your domain, they are the only ones who can help you fix the issue with your domain and get your website back online.
