  Hi there,

  Because you had plugins installed on that site, you won’t be able to buy a new plan yourself. So I’m sending you a link via email you can use to pay for a new Business Plan. Please let us know here once you’ve completed payment, and we can add the plan back to your account manually.

  Once the plan is restored to your site, you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade as well to reconnect your domain.
