  The email address on the account was verified. Do you mean you no longer have access to that email address? If so, we have a few options at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  if it’s the @yahoo.ca account, I do have access. But – when log in with that email… The itsmomcents platform is not there.

  When I used the password recovery, it doesn’t send the password to that email either.

  And that is where the problem lies – since the yahoo.ca account is the only email address I have.

  I have already tried the account recovery and it wont let me proceed since I don’t have any of the verification options… since they all went to the other email…

  Can you cancel the account and refund my money then or should I go through my credit card company?
