  Please can I have a refund processed and the domain cancelled I haven’t been using the site and can’t afford that payment. Please can I have this processed ASAP!

  You can request cancellation and refund from the Manage Purchases page. Otherwise, please contact support.

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  What is the URL of the site that was renewed?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
