My account seems to be hacked

I cant access my site via wordpress – when requesting a reset password it takes me to a login page on my website about us page and brings up a message to download a program. The username and password seems to be blocked. My site has so much spam on it now

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
