my account settings are missing

  my account settings are all missing. For instance, the reset password box is totally blank – just a “Save” button. No options shown at all. I tested in an incognito window so it wasn’t a cache issue. My account was imported to WP from Gravatar, something probably went wrong. This really doesn’t sound like something the community can fix, how do I get in touch with a real support person?
