my account was hacked and some one change my user and password .
i cant log in to my account any more under: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
i have a domain and i already started working on my site with elementor, now i cant log in and WordPress asking me to open new account and pay for a plan .please advise

What is your domain?
While there is a WordPress.com account under the email address you gave above, that account doesn’t own any sites or domains, and hasn’t been active since it was created two months ago. I also don’t see anything that would indicate that account has been hacked or accessed by someone else.
If you’re using Elementor, you most likely have a self-hosted WordPress site instead. In that case the site has no connection at all to either of your WordPress.com accounts, but instead you access it by logging into the site’s unique admin account directly. You can find the login page for that account at {yourdomain}/wp-login.php
If you have trouble logging into that account, please contact your hosting provider directly for help.
