My account was hacked. How can I recover it?

  I tried to log into my site and I clicked on the option to log in with email address. It sent me a link in my email and took me to a link that said “User Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested You are logged in as “user” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Site”. If you are not “suer”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “user” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.” but I’m already in the account and it says that the account is not connected to any websites (not even the one that recovering the account lead me to). What can I do to get my account back?

  Fully log out of this newly created account and then log back into the correct account by inputting correct username and password rather than an email address.
