my account/webiste doesn’t work

hi there. Yesterday I upgraded my basic account to premium as I thought that would allow me to have a second website with a premium allowance. Then I realized it applied only to my first website/account and I contacted you to cancel the upgrade. that went well. But now my first website seems not to work.
