My account will not Cancel

I entered the wrong information last night into mu URL and attempted to cxx my account, but have not received my cancellation email–not even in spam. I went back in to attempt cancellation again and was prompted that my account could not be cancelled. I just opened the acct last night. I would like to make another with the correct information, but I need this one to be confirmed cxx, and to know that my refund is on the way.
Please contact me. I thought that this would be an easy process, but it has turned out to be awful.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please contact Staff directly by email and include all relevant specifics such as (1) all your username accounts, and (2) all sites your registered under them, and (3) clarify any upgrades you purchased for any of those sites, exactly which site URLs you purchased them for, and (4) exactly which upgrade(s) you want to cancel.
