My accounts and site are gone.

My website recently went got hit with a 500 internal server error, and in the process, WordPress no longer detects that the email with ownership of the account and the admin account don’t exist at all. I have emails on both accounts from WordPress in regards to plugins being updated before on the site as recent as early January, but since then everything is gone. Please I need help getting my stuff back.
