My admin page has been hacked

    Hi, my account on wordpress has been hacked. I cannot get access to my site roseandcardamom.net from my account anymore. There is a red exclamation sign next to it.
    If I go straight to wordpress admin log in page by typing http://roseandcardamom.net/wp-admin, this is always already logged in. There are a number of users and my administrator details have been changed. I have tried to change email address, password, change posts, update and install plug ins etc… all without success. I have been redirected to blank page with a password field.

    However, my password has now changed and I cannot do anything from this admin page. Could you please help me. Thanks, Caroline

    Also, the red exclamation mark that you see on your WordPress.com Dashboard states that your self-hosted WordPress site has been disconnected (due to the hacking).

    As I already mentioned in my previous reply, since your site is not hosted on our infrastructure we don’t have access to it and therefore cannot help you restore it.
