My admin page is showing I have an additional site that isn't mine!

How has this happened. First (and STILL!) all of my pages are gone and I cannot add a new one. And now my dashboard shows I’m the admin of a site that is not mine. Please, someone from wordpress reply to this. I’m at my whit’s end.
