My admin page says error message

  When i try to log into my admin page for my website it gives me an error message. What does that mean? I was able to log in earlier this week. Thx

  Hi

  Thanks for your response.
  My URL is:
  hairbykarina.com
  It says not secure in front of my URL but it does show up.
  when I click on my admin URL a window pops up that says,
  Internal Server Error.
  when I log into wordpress it doesn’t show my website. Says I don’t have an account.
  I was able to log in last week.
  Please advise.

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for that extra information.

  It looks like hairbykarina.com is a self-hosted WordPress site with iPower, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.

  So should I contact Ipower? will they be able to access my log in info?
  I have purchased my domaine name with them but my site is through wordpress.
  Until this week I was able to access my website from wordpress.

  Appreciate your help.

  To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and iPower also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

  You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance. I am not sure if iPower offers in-house support for WordPress questions, but some hosts do offer this, so it is alway worth asking if they can take a look.
