My Administrator cannot open up the Dashboard after logging in, what causes this

  One of my Administrators cannot go to the Dashboard after logging in, what are the probable causes? Cheers

  This is not a self hosted blog so I do not have plug-ins.

  Hello there,

  If you’re referring to the blog, spaceandtimecreativity.wordpress.com, I only see one Administrator listed. In fact, you are the only user currently connected to this blog.

  If you’d like to invite a new Administrator to join you, I recommended having him/her use a unique WordPress.com account to log in. You can invite new users by visiting your Dashboard and clicking Users → Invite New.

  Here are the details about the role and permissions for each type of user you can invite to your site:

  The Administrator uses a MAC with Safari and has cleared her cookies, but still cannot log on?
