My ads from OptinMonster are not working!

  Hello! I signed for the OptinMonster plugin ad and none of my ads are showing on multiple devices on my website. I looked at the ads and they are Live but they don’t pop up on any of my electronic devices. I’ve tried going to my website in Incognito, I made multiple Ads for different devices and neither of these worked. I emailed OptinMonster numerous times about the situation and I got no response. This has been going on for about two weeks, and I paid money for that service but it feels as if I’ve been scammed. Please notify me back to let me know what’s going on.
