my ads from OptinMonster arent showing up at all

    Hello! I signed for the OptinMonster plugin ad and none of my ads are showing on multiple devices on my website. I looked at the ads and they are Live but they don’t pop up on any of my electronic devices. I’ve tried going to my website in Incognito, that didn’t work. I emailed OptinMonster numerous times about the situation and I got no response. This has been going on for about two weeks, and I paid money for that service but it feels as if I’ve been scammed. Please notify me back to let me know what’s going on.

    We cannot help with that here at WordPress.COM. That site is not on our servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum. You need to post to wordpress.ORG support.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
