My affiliate ID’s are not showing up.

  I have a “Rich Jerk” affiliate website which uses WordPress, and i entered my affiliate ID’s, but they aren’t showing up in the boxes like they’re supposed to. I contacted “The Rich Jerk” support team and they told me to contact WordPress. Can anybody help me with this problem?
