my american express card is being used to bill me

  First of all, I can’t find my American Express card in my payment settings. I’ve just added my visa. So please take my american express card out of your system. Secondly, what am I being charged for, I find no record of why I am paying you.

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
