Hello, I purchased this account last year. I have not used it. And I would wish to cancel the annual subscription. And ask for a refund of most recent annual transaction. Can you please offer me some assistance in this matter.

You can cancel an annual subscription from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you’ll get your refund within 14 days.

Looking at your account, I am not seeing any active upgrades. Do you have another WordPress.com account?
If yes, as @tenchoenyi noted, you can cancel eligible upgrades for a refund by going to Personal Settings ⭢ Manage Purchases. Please ensure that you’re logged into the correct account. Just click on each individual upgrade, and the cancel/refund button will be on the bottom of the next screen.
