    how to get back my appearance menu ?

    The site I need help with is uptsatudisnak.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    You currently have an Editor role on that site. Editor users can modify the content of any post, page or comment on the site, but cannot make any changes to the theme, so the Appearance menu item will not be visible to you. That option is only available to users with the Admin role.

    If you need access to that, please contact the site owner directly to ask that they change your user role to Admin. We cannot change your user role on the site at your request, as you don’t own that site.
