My avada theme went down and my site isn't working for the following reasons….

    This is from my designer: can you help please?
    So here is the deal…
    The theme that is installed utilizes ‘fusion builder’ which is a tool bar of sorts that assists in building the site. However, it isn’t working and won’t even show up. According to WordPress, we need to change everything that is highlighted in red (below). I tried to find the code on the backend to change this stuff but no luck. Can you contact GoDaddy and see if they can assist? Also, do you have a code or number that was emailed to you when you bought/downloaded the Avada theme? They might also be able to assist in this, but I need your purchase code (https://theme-fusion.com/support/).

    Unfortunately I don’t specialize in back end coding, so this will hold us up until we can figure it out. The last resort solution – which I don’t want to do – is to delete everything and start all over. This would be the most time consuming option and I can’t guarantee it will fix this issue. I have an e mail that has all of the situations highlighted in red that need to be fixed but I can’t attach it to this box. Can someone please call me at 720-985-5812?     Can you clarify which site you’re having issues on? It sounds like perhaps you’re referring to a self-hosted WordPress website instead of a site hosted on WordPress.com.
