My Avada theme won’t download

I was told that I don’t need the business plan to be able to upload my Avada theme. my dashboard doesn’t give me the option to ‘add new’ its just blank.

If you’re talking about https://theshenation.wordpress.com/ then indeed you do need a Business plan to use themes purchased/downloaded elsewhere.
