My avatar will not change!

  I changed my avatar a while ago, & I’ve read all the posts on this! So, I started posting in the forums, hoping, that the changes may make themselves clear! But, wherever I am on WordPress.com, even when I’m in the forums, my original avatar I got before I made an account comes up. (When I say “before I made an account” I mean when you’re commenting on someone’s post & you just need to add a name & email!)

  Please someone help me out! The only time I’ve seen my avatar is when I go to profile & that’s where you can change it! :(
