My back office crashed and I was unable to access my plug-ins.

My website crashed when I attempted to remove a WooCommerce plugin that was putting it in debug mode. I still have access to the back office, but I can no longer access my plugins, and there’s an error across the entire site that says:
“This website has a serious error. For instructions, please check your site admin email inbox. If you continue to encounter troubles, please contact the support forums.”Could you please help me?

Your site is up and running fine for me and your login page works fine. As that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform we can’t help at all.

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out.
By ‘back office,’ I assume you mean you can no longer access your Dashboard. That kind of error definitely sounds frustrating, especially after only trying to remove a plugin.
Since the quoted error message contains a link to your site, I checked, and it looks like your site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com. In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider directly. They’ll have access to your site’s files and database, and should be able to help identify the fatal error that’s causing the issue and restore your access to the Dashboard. You can also use tools like Site Profiler (https://wordpress.com/site-profiler) to look up your hosting details, though if you’re using a service like Cloudflare, it might mask that information. Another way to see who is hosting your site is to check your email inbox for any invoices or renewal notices coming from your hosting provider. Hope that helps!
