  my background and logo images display properly in admin but not on the site when logged out of admin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi

  I looks like you are on a self-hosted WordPress installation hosted by Hostgator, using the theme Zerif Lite. Since that is the case, you’ll need to contact HG or post over on the WordPress.org forums to troubleshoot where the issue is stemming from.
