There is rarely every a question asked and answered by Staff that has not been asked and answered in these support forums many times over. Was charged 98$ to my card but when I check my billing history on wordpress nothing comes up. I have my e statement picture and would like to know what the hell this unauthorized charge is for. After reading through other forums seems like this is a reoccuring problem. I want my money pack ASAP

That sounds like the cost of a premium upgrade renewal.
How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

I tried typing the charge into the website and nothing came up and I have always just used the free plan so I am not sure why I would’ve ever been charged for a premium plan and in my billing history on wordpress there is no charge

1. Premium Theme: Olsen for $39
2. Premium Theme: Veni for $59 (which was cancelled and refunded already).I’ll be happy to process a refund for Olsen as well, just confirm you’d like me to do so. The funds should reach you in about ten days.

yes I understand that I was refunded 59 dollars for the one theme and there is a charge for the 40$ which is all correct but i have an additional charge on my account for 98$ which i have no idea why with no billing history please provide me with an email ASAP so i can send you the screen shot of my bank account charge history this is considered stealing and i will report this website if the situation is not rectified immediately.

Basically you charged me for Olsen and Veni which would equal the 98$ which is why its say 98$ and then you charged me again on 5/26/17 for olsen again for 40$

I’ve verified that we have processed refunds for Olsen and Veni. These funds should reach you in about 10 days. Sometimes international refunds can take a little longer.
I also suggest that you check with your bank about the statement, they will be able to tell you how the refunds are going to appear there. Each bank is a little different and sometimes they simply remove the original charge and do not even make note of a “refund” as example.
Veni and Olsen are the only charges that were made to this account. If you have additional WordPress.com charges then they occurred from a different user account. We would need you to get in touch under that user account or collect more details privately in email – please let me know if there are additional charges that need sorted.
