My bank statemwnt is showing that I was charged twice for a renewal fee.

  @rndide1010, in this case you are not logged into an account associated with a charge. Can you log out and log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders? Or if you’re not sure at all what site this is regarding, you can use the form at wpchrg.com to look up the charges and then reach out to billing.
