My be w blog called 'wine wanderings' has accidentally been deleted

So, why I try to get into the blog, it says that I, the author, deleted it. Mifmimtey to create a new blog with the that name, it says that I cannot because it has been taken. I’m would like my blog back, please….

Hi there. Only someone logged into the account that owns the blog can delete it, and there are three separate warning messages and a link in a confirmation email that needs to be clicked before the deletion is done. There are so many steps to prevent accidental deletion, as there is no way to reverse it or to get that address back.
What is the URL of the Wine Wanderings site? We need the full URL to check the site, starting with https://

Well, it turns out that the address is incorrect, left out the “I” in “wine”. But I am going to post to it anyhow. Guess I had too much wine.🍷. Sorry for the hysteria. All is well… :-)

If you want, you can try to change the address to correct that spelling mistake. Be aware that it will only work if there isn’t yet a blog registered with that address.

Rather, set the old address to private, and then you can either use it as a test blog to try out new themes and widgets, etc., or you can use it as a backup to your regular blog by periodically importing content to it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
As part of the process you’ll also have the option to change your username to match the new address. Note that if you do this your current username will cease to exist and you won’t later be able to go back to it. If you prefer, you can also keep your username what it is and simply change your display name (what will appear next to comments – on the forum it will still be the actual username that appears).
