  I have a blog called Soulsational Gatherings
  I want to change the name to The Soul Stuff Store. I do not know how to do that and additionally it appears my blog is not working.Please help.

  soulsationalgatherings.com is hosted by GoDaddy, not here at WordPress.com. I’m sure you can’t “change” a domain address you have purchased if it has gone past the refund window. thesoulstuffstore.com is also hosted by GoDaddy. Is that yours too? You need to reach out to GoDaddy regarding whatever it is you’re trying to achieve.
