  Hello,
  I have a site called: meuble-en-carton.shop but by putting my username and password it is impossible for me to come to my site. What to do ???

  Your site does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, you are hosted by eNom inc and set up on the open source WordPress.org software.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I just wanted to add that your site is pointed to name-services.com which is also typically the hosting provider.
