My blog all of a sudden lost its header and is looking funny

Hi guys, just clicked on my blog and noticed that it’s looking funny – header is missing, font is different. it seems to be just in plain text. i went on the wordpress site and noticed it was the same issue so just wondering if maybe there’s some maintenance going on and it’ll be all back to normal soon or if my computer is broken. thanks.

I see a header with The American and The Brit and everything looks fine. Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then have another look.

yep. i tried that and it still looks the same. i may have my IT guy look at it and let you know how i go.

It could be a firewall issue, or possibly some issue on the internet or some proxy server between you and wordpress somewhere on the internet. There are literally hundreds of things.
I just checked it again and I’m still seeing everything fine, so I don’t think it’s anything wrong with your blog.

WordPress.com is not showing any graphics for me. I tried both FF3 and IE7, cleared cache, cookies, etc.
Does it look normal to you guys?

alot of my memmbers are out side the sudan, and some of them are inside and we used a differnt ISP’s, and all of them cant see a things !!!

Tellyworth (staff) has said in another thread that there are no outages or issues with wordpress that would cause this, so I think it may be something on the internet causing the issues. I have been unable to get emails from one of my email addresses for the past 3 hours, but I can use webmail and get my emails just fine, and the ISP says there are no outages there either that would cause the issue.

ummmm, i received even a phones calls from saudi arabia from memmbers, and all of them say so.
even here in sudan, all graphics are lost. i tried differnt ISP’s , but nothings change !! -
Well that would tell me that it is an internet issue and all we can do is wait until they either get things rerouted around the problem or get the problem fixed.

You can take a look at this website and you will see that there are several outages right now and the ones in yellow are very heavily loaded and response times are very slow.

You’re welcome. With Tokyo being completely down, that puts a big burden on the other trunks in Asia and has slowed all of them down, so until they have Tokyo back up and running, there won’t be any improvement probably.

Same problem, and I’m stateside. All other Internet sites seem to load fine, but both WordPress.com and my blog on it suddenly appear without template. They were working fine a couple of hours ago when I was on. Bizarre! Hope this issue clears up soon!
