My Blog Always Opens in Full Screen… not normal view

  I am sure I am missing something very simple, but once I log out of editing my blog and try opening a new browser to go to my blog, it always opens in some form of full screen mode and I can’t figure out how to stop that. the back button is gone and the window for typing in a new URL is gone. How do I get rid of this so my blog opens in a normal view? Appologize in advance if this has already been discussed on a previous post, but I searched and couldn’t find a related post. Thanks
