my blog appears offline many times at day

    Hello
since before Xmas, my blog is having problems, continuosuly appears error 522, offline.

wrote to you and the reply was something like: its not our issue
wrote to cloudflare and this is the reply:

A 522 error occurs when the connection started on the origin web server, but that the request was not completed. The most common reason why this would occur is that either a program, cron job or resource is taking up more resources than it should causing the server not to be able to respond to all requests properly. The origin web server is not functioning consistently for each request.

After reviewing our logs, I am seeing that requests to the site are experiencing 503 errors when attempting to connect to the origin server (which can cause the 522 timeouts to be prompted by our system to users requesting your domain):

A 503 “service unavailable” error is generated when the site’s origin is unable to process the request due to heavy traffic, high CPU/RAM load, or is undergoing maintenance. I recommend referring to your server logs or with your host to verify the status of the webserver and its configuration.

i have the free one blog, bought the name, bought more room for my files…and seems everything is ok, but the error remains

    whats’ happening?

  • Hi there – You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Your site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, available at http://wordpress.org/.

This means that we could help you out with your WordPress.com site, which was initially hosted at didakillo.wordpress.com. However, you then opened a WordPress installation at CloudFlare and you pointed your domain (registered with us) over to CloudFlare.

The upgrades you purchased with us are applied to your WordPress.com site, which you don’t appear to be using. They don’t apply to your WordPress site at CloudFlare. Would you like me to cancel and refund them (with the exception of your domain, which you are using)?

I know this is a confusing distinction, but you can read more about it here:
    http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2013/11/14/com-or-org/

I’m not sure why CloudFlare is telling you to contact your host, however. They are your host:
    http://www.whoishostingthis.com/dondetemetes.net

It looks like you might be displaying your WordPress.com site in a sort of frame over at CloudFlare. When you moved to CloudFlare, did you export and import your actual content in this way?
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

If you can describe a bit what you did, I might be able to better advise you how to proceed.

If CloudFlare can’t help you out with this problem, you can also find support for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress here:
