  Both of you are trying to access WordPress.com from China.

  The Chinese government often blocks access to WordPress.com blogs. I assume that’s the problem, since both of your blogs appear to be working normally.

  My blog use a proxy can be accessed now,but,Administrator can not log on,Use a proxy is not OK!
