My blog can’t open! :(

Blog URL: http://mediasaur.wordpress.com It can’t open for more than 1 hour. It seems like a server problem(says: page load error, connection failed) but i can open other xxxx.wordpress.com blogs. But it can be reach via proxy servers and maybe outside of Turkey. Google Chrome says “Error 102 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED)”. Do you have any idea?

Thanks for instant reply. I’m using Firefox 3.5 actually. But I also tried using IE 8 and Chrome 4.1. I reset my internet connection, clear cache and did other thing i don’t remember. I recently added Facebook connection; so i thught this could be reason and removed wordpress aplication from my FB. But i couln’t solve. :(

I don’t know for sure but it sounds to me like there is a problem between your computer and the WordPress.com server. (You do not have a direct line here. Your connection will go through any number of hubs before it gets here and one problem along that line will cause you problems.) All I can suggest is that you ask Staff for help http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

So far, it seems only i can’t open my own blog :) Can Akismet or something else do something like that? There is no a WordPress error message, i get only classical gray browser error page says “An error occured while page loading. Can’t connect to mediasaur.wordpress.com server”. :(

It opens for me (IE 8) but there are no photos… which is the same problem I am having with my blog.

@mediasaur, is there another computer, perhaps a friend’s computer, that you can try that is on a different internet connection, or if you are using wireless, could you try from a different wireless hotspot?

thesacredpath, my friends tried from their PC’s; people from Canada, Turkey, UK, USA could open it. It seems everyone -except me- can open my blog :D. I tried a lot of things(that i mentioned above…) but couldn’t manage to solve problem. WordPress.com staff just contacted me; i’ll keep you informed. thank you for your interest
