  When someone posts a comment on my WordPress blog and I reply to their comment. Are they notified of my reply by email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Are they notified of my reply by email?
  On a WordPress.com site they may be, but only if the following conditions are met:

  1. You’ve enabled the following of comments on the site. See the Enabling Follow Comments on Your Site section of the Following Comments support page.

  2. They’ve subscribed to comments on that post or page, by checking the box labeled “Notify me of follow-up comments via email” below the leave a comment field. See the top of the Following Comments support page.

  However the site http://santafeartclub.com/ is not a WordPress.com site, so the above may not apply.
